How many independent business entities does your group manage?
We need to understand whether you operate as one monolithic company with departments, or through several legal entities that belong to the same holding or group.
If you operate as one company with multiple departments, select 1 — Monolithic company in the dropdown above. Julia will then collect the works under each company.
Question03Ventures
Which ventures sit under those companies?
A business is the legal company. A venture is one construction or development you are building — a site, a tower, a phase. In your world: Real Estate II Ltd is the business; Building III is the venture.

A project is a piece of the site — pool, golf field, spa, living area, parking, and so on. Each project names the venture it belongs to, so Julia can draw the tree correctly.

Which departments exist in day-to-day operations?
Add each department as it is actually run — not as it appears on a dormant chart. If the group has more than one company, name the parent company for each department.

We will audit the existing CRM and return a full assessment.
Bitrix is the present system of record. This phase is an independent audit of that estate — how it is used, where it is dated, and what it would take to run it safely. When the picture is complete we will give you our recommendations. Secure access lets us examine it properly.
